I’m Jan — a graphic and type designer based in Berlin, working independently with a strong focus on visual identities, static and moving graphic content in all kinds of analog and digital media. Type design is my main fuel, and I often incorporate my own typefaces into my graphic work. Currently, I’m most passionate about my upcoming new project NO TYPE FACES, where I will sell my own typefaces and offer a variety of logo and type design services.
Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working on a variety of projects across the academic and cultural field as well as the creative industries. My work has been showcased in exhibitions both nationally and internationally, earning recognition in prestigious competitions.
I’m an alumnus of Stuttgart State Academy of Arts and Design. My work approach is artistic, holistic and anti-disciplinary.
